Strategic Health Services will provide individual and aggregate reports based on each client’s needs and expectations. Data integration of self-reported data, biometric screening results, claims, participation, and health program effectiveness are analyzed to produce reports that provide valuable information to company decision-makers.

Employer reports show conditions that are costing the most and how the health status of employees compare to local and national norms.

Current health risks may be analyzed based on the impact of costs and productivity. Over time, health changes and engagement are monitored and may be evaluated to optimize program spending and to determine the return on investment.

Reports available through Strategic Health Services provide important information for individuals, as well as guidance on where emphasis and investment should be placed to produce the greatest result. In addition to risk stratification reports, participation reports, utilization reports, and employee satisfaction surveys are available.
