The team of Strategic Health Services has dozens of years of experience in the fields of wellness, preventive health, condition/disease management, and population health management.

As Chief Operating Officer for a web-based software company that supported health insurance brokers and small/mid-sized employers with tools to reduce healthcare expenses, Ms. McGory moved the company from start-up through three successful software releases and led a team of 25 technology, customer service and operations staff.

From 1994 to 2004, McGory was a senior executive with CNA Financial Corporation. As COO for the $1.3 billion CNA Life and Long-term Care Division, she was responsible for operations, product development, finance, technology, marketing, distribution, 1,200 employees and 1.4 million policy-holders.

She reduced expenses by $22 million annually and implemented growth initiatives to support 160% annual growth in new sales.

Before joining CNA, she was AVP/Controller for Mid-land Mutual Life Insurance Company.

McGory holds a Bachelors in Business Administration degree in Finance and Management from Texas A&M. She is published in numerous insurance journals and served on several national boards.

From 2003 until he joined Strategic Health Services in 2008, Dave McKee served as EVP of Development for American Healthcare Partnership (AHCP) - a health management company.

Previously, McKee was an entrepreneur who built and ultimately sold a successful landscaping business. He grew this start-up company to the 5th largest interior landscaping company in the U.S. with 14 locations.

His career began as a specialist in international taxation with Arthur Andersen & Co.

McKee is a graduate of Wittenberg University and received his MBA from the University of Denver. He is also an active member of the World Presidents Organization (WPO), Chair of the Advisory Board, Genomics Medicine Institute, Cleveland Clinic, and a Certified Public Accountant.

Dr. Javors has been a practicing, Board certified orthopedic surgeon since 1985 and active in health care reform for over 10 years. He is a recognized authority on the nation’s health care delivery system and has been called on to author legislative proposals on health care reform and to testify before the U.S. Congress and Indiana Legislature on numerous occasions.

He is an appointed member of the Indiana Health Care Development Commission and the Mittal Steel Physician Steering Committee.

In addition to his medical training, he received his Doctor of Laws degree in health law and policy from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2000 and MBA from Purdue University in February, 2001.
